Central Falls is a city in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 19,376 at the 2010 census, making it the smallest and most densely populated city in the smallest state. It is a part of the Providence metropolitan area. Central Falls is home to the historic Central Falls District, an area of traditional brick mill buildings and shops, many of which have been renovated for modern use. The district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The city is also home to a number of parks, recreational facilities, and educational institutions. The city is served by the Central Falls School District, which includes Central Falls High School, the city’s only public high school.
