Laurel Handel Polselli has been well-versed in the real estate industry since 2014, and has her positive energy spread across Aquidneck Island. Laurel joined the Fitzpatrick Team in 2022 to tap into their award-winning strategies: Listing Leverage for sellers and Digital Buyers Consult for buyers – allowing Laurel to provide her clients with the best possible advantage in today’s competitive market. 

As well as representing buyers and sellers, Laurel offers property management services and hands on help with home renovations and interior design to past and current clients. 

Exercising our powerful strategies, in 2022 FT closed out over $100 million in sales. Oh, and we also facilitated 146 rentals across the state of Rhode Island. This groundbreaking growth landed us as the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island.

Beyond the sales atmosphere, Laurel is the co-founder of the Four Hearts Foundation whose mission is to rebuild the Turnpike Avenue Playground in Portsmouth, providing a bigger, better, safer and all inclusive of age and ability. Laurel also showcases her voice and perspectives as a lifestyle writer for the Aquidneck Living and Newport Neighbors Magazine. When Laurel is not writing or taking care of her son, Guy and her daughter Perri, you can find her helping her husband behind the scenes with his three restaurants across Aquidneck Island. 

Lastly, Laurel is a full supporter of  #LiveWell, FT’s wellness brand focusing on physical, emotional, financial, and communal support to the people of Newport County. The overarching goal is to provide opportunities for the community to come together and support each other in different aspects of our lives.
