The Fitzpatrick team is lucky to have Tyler working for them. He was truly the best!! He is very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and any time I texted or emailed him, he answered immediately or let me know he would answer as soon as he could. I have never had a realtor like this before - I usually had a "meets expectations" kind of experience but Tyler made me feel like I was his only client (and I know he is crazy busy). He even made sure my little cat was safe during showings! Tyler handled the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new property seamlessly. I was nervous about the timing of the two sales and he made it clear that I was in control and not to worry. I'm going to miss working with him!!
